一、适用范围

该鼓适用于皮革鞣制复鞣、水洗、染色等加工工序。

二、主要材料结构

(1)该鼓的鼓体采用进口PPH材质制造。

(2)鼓体设计为单腔室内循环高挡极横开滑动鼓门。

(3)转鼓一侧配自动排气阀会消除转鼓在工作过程中产生的气压转鼓配化料搅拌桶。(4)转鼓采用齿轮传动经入耐用减速机配气动刹车装置,变频器调速等。

三、主要功能特点

(1)该鼓装载量超大隔热优良高速转动时皮革不打卷。(2)该鼓省工、省水、省时省力、节省化料等。

(3)采用自动计量加水自动加温、控温、运转时间可调、速度可调,自动排水等功能。

(4)不锈钢鼓不会被化料渗透易清洗之特点特别适用干同台鼓分别生产颜色的皮革随着鼓体的转幼化料内外循环流动使化料能得到快速扩散均匀分布从而被皮革充分，均匀快速吸收和渗透。
